Any tickets purchased Friday, July 13th or later will not be mailed.

The reason for this is, any purchased on Friday will not be processed until Monday so they will not be mailed. They will be held at Will Call.

We sell out every year, so if you know anyone who needs one, be sure to share the online ticket link or
purchase them in person at American Community Bank
Locations in McHenry County.

Once online ticket sales close, and if tickets are not sold out,
you can buy tickets at the
WOODSTOCK American Community Bank
until noon on the day of Barndance (7-21-18).

After noon on the day of Barndance, tickets will be on sale at the gate at 5 pm at Emricson Park.

The music lineup each year has something for every taste. The 2018 event
features music by Big Al Wetzel Band (5-7 p.m.), Boy Band Review (8:30-10 p.m.), and Gooroos will close out the night!

Volunteer at Barndance

We need your help. Over 400 volunteers assist at Barndance. Volunteering is fun and easy. We host two pre-event volunteer meetings in May and July. They are great events held at Stage Left Cafe in Woodstock. Perfect time to re-connect with other volunteers, or if you are new to volunteering, meet people and learn more about lending a hand.

BUCKET RAFFLE

Thank you to all the individuals, companies and local businesses who donated to the 2017 Card Raffle. This year, we are bringing back the fan favorite Bucket Raffle.

We’ve got a Bucket Raffle Wish List. How can you help, underwrite a bucket gift or help us curate items. Use your imagination for donating items. Ask yourself where do you like to eat? What experiences do you like? What Live Music event or Sporting Event do you like to attend? What tech item or home improvement tool do you need or want? Dream up cool baskets for us and Donate! 50/50 RAFFLE

The Gavers Community Cancer Foundation has a 50/50 Raffle at every Barndance. The 2017 prize purse was over $9,000 to split. Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket. 

There will only be one winner. Winner need not be present to win.

The drawing will be during the night of Barndance 2018.
